Mr. Iwanaka brings over 23 years of experience in investor relations, corporate development, and capital markets within the mining sector. He has helped advance multiple public mining companies through growth, mergers, and project development, contributing to more than 20 corporate transactions and over US$100 million in equity financings, including one of Canada’s first ATM offerings.

Most recently, he served as VP of Investor Relations and Corporate Development at BeMetals Corp., supporting strategic acquisitions, project advancement, and investor engagement. Previously, as VP of Investor Relations at First Mining Gold Corp., he played a key role in the company’s transition from a mineral bank to a gold developer, during which it completed seven transactions and expanded its market cap from about CAD$45 million to over CAD$500 million.

Mr. Scott is an accomplished executive with over 25 years of experience in accounting, corporate compliance, corporate finance, and both merchant and commercial banking. He has played a key role in raising over $200 million in equity financing.

Mr. Scott has held senior executive and board positions with several TSX-V listed companies, including Great Bear Resources, ValOre Metals, Riverside Resources, Capitan Silver, and First Helium.

Since 1987, Ralph has held senior executive positions with public junior mining and exploration companies, primarily with Luca Mining Corp., a company he founded in 1986 and successfully guided through the exploration, initial development & construction and pre-production phases of the Tahuehueto mine, located in Durango, México.

Vice President of the company vending assets into Prince Silver. Notable exploration successes include the Zonia oxide copper deposit in Yavapai County, Arizona, and the Prince carbonate-hosted replacement deposit (Ag-Au-Zn-Pb-Mn) in Lincoln County, Nevada.

Managing director of Starboard Global Ltd, a Hong Kong based project incubator and VC firm with over 25 years of experience in the mining and exploration sector. Robert has a Ph.D in mineral engineering from the University of California, Berkeley and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Executive Chairman of Mawson Finland, with over 30 years’ industry experience. Has held numerous management and investor relations roles with companies such as First Majestic Silver Corp., Sherwood Copper Corp. (Merged with Capstone in 2008), Farallon Mining Ltd. (Sold to Nyrstar in 2011), Novagold Resources Inc. and Santacruz Silver Mining Ltd.

Mr. Rader is the President and CEO of Minaurum Gold Inc., a silver explorer in Mexico. He has directly raised over $150 million for mineral exploration and development and has strong relationships with institutional investors and bankers. He founded Defiance Silver Corp., a silver developer, and previously was the head of Corporate Development at IMPACT Silver Corp., a silver miner. Mr. Rader holds a BBA in Finance from Simon Fraser University and a Prospecting Diploma from BCIT.
