Company Overview

Prince Silver Corp. is a North American silver-focused exploration company advancing the past-producing Prince Silver Project in the prolific Pioche Mining District of Lincoln County, Nevada. The Company’s flagship asset hosts a large-scale polymetallic mineral system with silver, gold, manganese, zinc and lead mineralization associated with a carbonate replacement deposit, or CRD, environment, as well as sediment-hosted gold-silver mineralization. Historical and current drilling indicate that mineralization occurs across multiple stacked horizons, remains open in all directions, and is largely situated at relatively shallow depths of less than 300 metres, supporting the view that the Project may have potential for both near-surface open pit and deeper underground mining scenarios, subject to further technical and economic work.

Prince Silver is currently advancing an expanded and accelerated reverse circulation drilling campaign at the Prince Project. The original program was increased from approximately 6,400 metres to more than 9,000 metres, with two RC rigs operating as part of an approximately 30-hole program designed to test and expand mineralization along a 3,500-foot structural corridor. This work is focused on validating and extending known zones of near-surface CRD-style silver-gold-manganese and base metal mineralization, while also improving the Company’s understanding of the broader scale and continuity of the mineralized system.

Drilling results released in the first half of 2026 have continued to reinforce the strength, scale and consistency of the Prince mineralized system. Recent highlights include 7.62 metres grading 230.20 g/t silver, 10.78% manganese, 1.87% lead, 2.54% zinc and 0.58 g/t gold in hole PRC-37; 10.67 metres grading 118.57 g/t silver, 9.98% manganese, 1.17% lead, 1.64% zinc and 0.317 g/t gold in hole PRC-31; and 4.57 metres grading 223.67 g/t silver, 3.29% manganese, 1.62% lead, 2.43% zinc and 1.91 g/t gold in hole PRC-32. These results built on previously reported intercepts including 3.05 metres grading 1,331.00 g/t silver in hole PRC-28 and 3.05 metres grading 355.25 g/t silver and 4.78 g/t gold in hole PRC-27.

A key advantage for the Company is the substantial historical database at Prince. The current drill program is being integrated with a historical drill hole database of 129 holes, which provides a strong technical foundation for resource modelling and helps accelerate the path toward a maiden mineral resource. Management’s objective is to combine the results from the ongoing 9,000 metre drill program with the historical dataset to deliver a maiden NI 43-101 compliant resource estimate by the end of 2026. Achieving that first compliant resource would represent a major milestone for Prince Silver, significantly advancing the Project from historical exploration toward a modern, de-risked development story.

In addition to the Prince Project, the Company also holds the Stampede Gap Project, a district-scale copper-gold-molybdenum porphyry target located approximately 15 kilometres north-northwest of Prince. Together, these assets position Prince Silver as a Nevada-focused exploration company with exposure to multiple metals that are relevant to both precious metals investors and broader strategic metals themes.
